CONFERENCE ROOMS
Now you can rent a conference room on a hourly basis. Conference rooms are available for up to 10 people. Our State-of-the-Art conference rooms are fully equipped with high resolution monitors, wireless internet and conference phones. Printing, coping, scanning and faxing are available at each location. Fully equipped kitchens are available to provide food and beverage services for you and your guests.

WHAT SERVICES AND AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE LEASE?
You get a business phone, private line, 24 hour voicemail, high speed internet service, use of our fully equipped conference rooms, mailbox and signage. A professional receptionist is available to answer your phone calls and greet guests. Our clerical staff can assist with word processing, spreadsheet and data entry projects. Complimentary coffee service is available to you and your guests in our fully equipped kitchen. Utilities, maintenance and nightly janitorial service are all included in your lease. Parking is always convenient and plentiful.
WHAT ARE THE LEASE TERMS?
Leases can be as short as 6 months or as long as 3 years
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Call or stop by the office weekdays between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. We’ll give you a personal tour of our facilities and show you what suites are available. If you see a suite that you like you can sign a lease and occupy the office immediately or reserve the office for later occupancy.
